Customized product service process:

1.Consultation:

Inform our business personnel of the material, specification, quantity, color requirements and product related information.

2. Confirm the draft:

No printing products, our company can provide 5 samples of the existing thickness products, free of charge, and the postage is paid. If printing is needed, please provide the printing pattern (vector file), our company will design the relevant product design draft based on your requirements and send it to you for confirmation in PSD and AI format.

3. Ordering:

After both parties confirm the drawing documents, the customer needs to pay 30% of the total amount of payment, so that our company can arrange material preparation for the goods.

4. Production:

During the production period, we will not accept any modification of this order from the customer. The quantity is different from the process and the delivery time is different.

5. Packaging and delivery:

Our company provides a safe packaging method, and the goods can be delivered for free if the price of 5,000 yuan is paid in Dongguan. Other areas shall be subject to the method of negotiation between both parties.

6. Balance payment:

Before shipment or bill of lading, the amount of balance payment will be charged according to actual shipment quantity

Normally our MOQ is 1,000pcs~20,000pcs. BUT WE COULD ALSO MAKE THE PRODUCTS FOR YOU IF YOUR QUANTITY DOESN'T REACH OUR MOQ. As for we have our minimum volume of business per order. Therefore as long as you pay us the minimum volume of business, even if your quantity less than MOQ, we

could also make products for you according to your demand.
 

4. How can I get the accurate quotation?

If your information is enough, we will quote for you in 2 hours on working time, and will quote in 12 hours

on off-work time.
We generally need below information to quote: Bag’s shape(Usage), Material, Color, Size, Quantity,Surface, Printing pattern, Thickness.

 

5. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
If you just need a blank sample to check the design and quality, we will PROVIDE YOU SAMPLE FOR FREE, as long as you afford the express freight.

If you need printed samples, we will charge $50-$200 to cover the cost.

 

6. How to handle shipment?
You could assign a shipment company to pick up your good. Or we introduce some our local shipment companies to you.

And then you talk with them about all transportation details. They could deliver goods to all over the world BY SEA OR BY AIR

It's better that a logistics company could become your agency here. They could check your goods and pay us for you.

Furthermore, the logistics company can do customs clearance for you.

 

7. How to pay?
We accept Telegraphic Transfer(T/T), L/C or Paypal(value less than $1000). YOU DON'T HAVE TO PREPAY THE FULL PAYMENT AT A TIME. You could prepay us step by step, 30% of the goods after your confirmation, then the balance of the 70% of the goods before shipping. We believe that would REDUCE YOUR RISK.

 

8. How do I know if my order has been dispatched?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our Warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way.
After that we will inform you the
tracking number for checking on the network.

From there it should be delivered within the timescale you have requested.
