Kraft paper is used in various industries, such as chemical industry, machinery and so on. It is especially widely used in the food packaging industry.
Kraft paper use: kraft paper is widely used in various packaging products, paper bags, handbag kraft paper, color box, gift box kraft paper, printed kraft paper.
Printed kraft paper, notebook kraft paper, operating kraft paper, envelope special kraft paper
The packaging of food should follow the principle of convenient and portable. The anti stretch advantage of kraft paper makes it very suitable for the packaging demand. In order to prevent the consumers from carrying out the food, the bag is broken, and the packaging material requires good tensile strength. The packaging of the beverage requires a certain ability to resist wetting and deformability, so as to prevent the damage of water absorption and deformation.
For frozen food packaging, key using high strength materials as packaging is also considered, this material must be able to withstand low temperatures melt ice and the thermal expansion and contraction, prevent deformation, distortion, wrinkle and excessive moisture can not hold food. In these respects, the original color kraft paper is even more suitable than the SBS paper.
Kraft bubble mailers or kraft is paper or paperboard (cardboard) produced from chemical pulp produced in the kraft process.
Sack Kraft bubble mailers, or just sack paper, is a porous Kraft bubble mailers with high elasticity and high tear resistance, designed for packaging products with high demands for strength and durability.
Pulp produced by the kraft process is stronger than that made by other pulping processes; acidic sulfite processes degrade cellulose more, leading to weaker fibers, and mechanical pulping processes leave most of the lignin with the fibers, whereas kraft pulping removes most of the lignin present originally in the wood. Low lignin is important to the resulting strength of the paper, as the hydrophobic nature of lignin interferes with the formation of the hydrogen bonds between cellulose (and hemicellulose) in the fibers.
Kraft pulp is darker than other wood pulps, but it can be bleached to make very white pulp. Fully bleached kraft pulp is used to make high quality paper where strength, whiteness and resistance to yellowing are important.
