Production process: there are two main types of high pressure tube and kettle type. In order to reduce the reaction temperature and pressure, tubular process commonly used high activity at low temperature initiator polymerization system with high purity ethylene as main raw materials, with propylene / propane as the density regulator, the use of high active initiator in about 200 to 330 DEG C, 150-300MPa carried out under the conditions of polymerization.

 

Materials introduction

 

PE is of low strength, hardness and rigidity, but has a high ductility and impact strength as well as low friction. It shows strong creep under persistent force, which can be reduced by addition of short fibers. It feels waxy when touched.
