According to “Faraday Cage” principle and compared with shielding bag, conductive packaging bag is dedicating to conduct and release the static effectively, preventing the products from static damages. There are three production methods as following: 1. The mesh pattern is printed with black conductive ink on the anti-static plastic film. 2. Add conductive particles into raw materials, leading to the material can conduct static. 3. The final step is laminating a aluminum foil between two plastic materials. Structure of Conductive Packaging Bag: The Anti Static Bubble Bag that are made of conductive ink and particles, can be single layer or two layers. And if there is aluminum foil in the middle layer, the packaging bag has more than 2 layers, including two plastic layers and one metallic foil layer.
