1. High Barrier Performance
This double layer inner bag adopts a composite structure of PET/AL/VMPET/PA/PE, which can effectively block oxygen, water vapor and other external substances from penetrating into the bag. It can keep the materials such as lithium battery raw materials and chemical powder in a dry and isolated state for a long time, and avoid the deterioration of materials caused by contact with air and moisture.
2. Excellent Mechanical Strength
With tensile strength of ≥30–100 N/15mm and puncture resistance of ≥3–12 N, the inner bag has strong resistance to pulling and piercing. It can withstand the friction and collision during the transportation and loading/unloading of bulk materials, and is not easy to break or leak, ensuring the safety of the packaged materials.
3. Anti-Oxidation & Moisture-Proof
The aluminum foil and metallized PET layers in the composite structure play a key role in anti-oxidation and moisture-proof. It can isolate the packaged materials from oxygen and moisture in the air, effectively preventing the oxidation, dampness and agglomeration of materials like food powder and lithium battery materials during storage and transportation.
4. Wide Industrial Application
It is suitable for packaging various materials in multiple industries, including lithium battery cathode and anode materials, chemical intermediates, plastic particles, food powder and daily chemical raw materials. The flexible material design can adapt to the packaging needs of different types of solid and powder materials.
