1. Exceptional Barrier Performance
This bag-in-box uses aluminized VMPET, PE, PA and Aluminum foil, achieving oxygen permeability ≤1.0 cm³/(m²·24h) and water vapor permeability ≤0.5 g/(m²·24h). It also blocks over 99.8% of light, effectively preventing liquid oxidation and spoilage, and extending the shelf life of wine, edible oil and other liquids by up to 18 months.
2. Reliable Leakproof Design
Equipped with professional food-grade spout valves and butterfly valves, the bag forms an airtight seal after closing. The reinforced thermal bonding at the valve and bag body connection ensures no liquid leakage during transportation, handling or repeated dispensing, suitable for bulk liquid storage and use.
3. Versatile Material & Structure
It offers dual material options of aluminized foil and transparent PE, with multi-layer composite structures like VMPET/PE and PA/PE. The aluminized type excels in light blocking, while the transparent type allows visual inspection of liquid volume, meeting diverse packaging needs for food, industrial and daily chemical liquids.
4. Strong Mechanical Durability
With a tensile strength of ≥30MPa and elongation at break of ≥45%, the bag resists tearing and puncturing during handling. The thermal bonding strength of the bag body and mouth reaches ≥40N/15mm, ensuring structural stability even under heavy load or long-distance transportation.
5. Fully Customizable Solutions
We provide customization of bag size, thickness, valve type and position, as well as logo/pattern printing on the bag and outer box. It also supports personalized design of single-material recyclable structures, adapting to the packaging standards and brand needs of different regions and industries.
6. Eco-Friendly & Recyclable
The single-material PE structure is fully recyclable, and the aluminized composite material reduces plastic waste compared with traditional glass and plastic bottles. It complies with global low-carbon environmental protection requirements and helps reduce the carbon footprint of liquid packaging.
