1. Enhanced Shape Adaptability
This aluminum foil inner bag of container bag can be made into cube, irregular block and other shapes according to the storage container and material characteristics. It fits closely with the inner space of the container bag without leaving gaps, maximizing the utilization of storage space.
2. Reinforced Sealing Performance
The sealing port of the inner bag adopts a heat-sealing + tying dual fixation design, which can effectively prevent air leakage and material spillage during transportation. It also avoids the volatilization of chemical intermediates and the moisture absorption of lithium battery materials.
3. Superior Temperature Insulation
The aluminum foil and VMPET composite layer of the inner bag has good thermal insulation performance, which can reduce the impact of external temperature changes on the packaged materials. It is especially suitable for the storage and transportation of temperature-sensitive lithium battery raw materials and food powder.
4. Easy Operation & Handling
The inner bag is light in weight and flexible in texture, which is convenient for manual or mechanical loading and unloading into the container bag. Its reinforced lifting part design also makes the hoisting and transferring process more stable and labor-saving.
5. Long-term Material Preservation
Thanks to the multi-layer composite structure of PET/AL/PA/PE, the inner bag can maintain the sealed environment inside for a long time, effectively preventing the oxidation of lithium battery cathode/anode materials and the mildew of food solids for up to 12 months under normal storage conditions.
6. Compatibility with Multiple Filling Equipment
The inner bag is designed with a matching filling port size, which is compatible with common industrial filling equipment such as powder fillers and particle dispensers. It can realize fast and accurate material filling without additional adapter parts.
